A Potpourri Of Comprehensive Hollywood Movie Plot Summaries

In the past you had to go to a store if you wanted to rent or buy a movie. These days you can stay at home and get movies from a movie download site. Following is a list of a few movies that you can get using a movie download site.

The Mystery of Picasso: Intriguing documentary in regards to Pablo Picasso, who converses his work and develops a number of drawings before the camcorder most of which were annihilated after shooting ended, meaning that they live and breathe only on film. Hootenanny Hoot: Unsurprising comedy about college hootenanny show carried to Television is made bearable only by presence of Money and other nation/people actors. This is one of Sam Katzman's "typical" low-budget films. Cast includes Gene Nelson, Peter Breck, Joby Baker, Rita Lee, Pam Austin, Johnny Money, Sheb Wooley, The Brothers 4, and Judy Henske. Leaving Las Vegas: Ben plays a total alcoholic. He has ruined his life, so he takes what money he has left, and head to Las Vegas for one last party. His first move is to hire a street hooker, an equally distraught soul. The connection between these two will lead to destruction or redemption for them both.

King Lear: This rendition of Shakespeare catastrophe might be bulky going for the uninitiated, although often a hefty and gratifying experience. Cast includes Paul Scofield, Irene Worth, Jack MacGowran, Alan Webb, Cyril Cusack, and Patrick Magee. (137 minutes, 1971)

Finding Nemo: Wonderfully made animated family adventure movie. Nemo is a young blowfish that has been scooped out of the sea by a diver. His father Martin is overwhelmed with guilt, and will swim the length of the ocean to find his young son. His journey takes him on an incredible adventure with his newfound friend Dory, a blue tang, that eventually see him reunited with his only son.

The Horse Whisperer: After her daughter is seriously injured in a horse riding accident, her wealthy mother takes the horse to a legendary horse whisperer in Montana. A romance between the two follows.

Belle Epoque: Set in 1931, a time of vow and optimism in pre-Franco Spain, this pleasantly earthy, glad comedy informs of a hearty youthful army defector Sanz who's befriended by an older recluse, and captivated by his 4 gorgeous baby girls. Cast includes Fernando Fernan Gomez, Jorge Sanz, Maribel Verdu, Ariadna Gil, Miriam Diaz-Aroca, and Penelope Cruz. (108 minutes, 1992)

The Proposition: Decided to bring ordinance and order to a crazy Australia in the 1880s, British officer Winstone makes a Devil's value with Pearce: he could spare his life, and that of his dimwitted family member, if he can slaughter his older sibling, who raped and killed a pregnant female. Austere, vicious, and relentlessly abrasive, like the time and place it depicts. Notch Cavern's screenplay tests the watcher to find humankind amongst the bad and the ugly. Cast includes Gentleman Pearce, Ray Winstone, Emily Watson, Danny Huston, John Hurt, David Wenham, Leah Purcell, and Richard Wilson. (104 minutes, 2005)

Formula Fifty One: Crazy, tongue-in-cheek Hong Kong-fashion yam loaded with action and brutality. Jackson plays a pharmaceutical whiz that creates the final narcotic, then triple-crosses his L.A. connection Beef Loaf and soars to Liverpool to make a more profitable deal there. Mortimer is fun and a gun-toting, motorcycle-riding hit female. Cast includes Samuel L. Jackson, Robert Carlyle, Emily Mortimer, Rhys Mans, Meat Loaf, Sean Pertwee, Ricky Tomlinson, and Paul Barber. (91 minutes, 2001)
