Looking For A Good Film? Check Out These Good Film Evaluations

One fear may be that you may not want to watch a movie while you are sitting at your computer. Of course if you are downloading games that may be not the same but for a movie it is nice to kick back and calm down in your beloved chair, with popcorn and your preferred beverage. But that is not something that needs to concern you as you can usually burn the movie to a DVD format so you can watch it on your TV.

Barnyard - Energized madness set on a farm where, after sundown, the animals turn the barn into a rowdy nightclub. James is Otis, a young cow who is very mature, much to the disappointment of his dad, Ben Elliott, who keeps watch for preying coyotes when the others party. Dom Irrera stands out as Duke the Dog. Cast includes Courtney Cox, Sam Elliott, Danny Glover, Wanda Sykes, Andie MacDowell, David Koechner, and Laraine Newman. (90 minutes, 2006)

The Music of Chance - A thriller in regards to clairvoyant, suicidal Ivanek, powerless to command his powers, who moves his bad dreams to psychiatrist Harrold and causes turmoil in a clinic. Cast includes James Spader, Mandy Patinkin, M. Emmett Walsh, Charles Durning (98 minutes,'93)

Dracula - Depressing retelling of the Bram Stoker classic, with Langella's esteemed Broadway depiction lost among trendy terror gimmicks and ill-imagined modifications in the original tale. The movie was filmed in England. Cast includes Frank Langella, Laurence Olivier, Donald Pleasence, Kate Nelligan, Trevor Eve, Janine Duvitski, and Tony Haygarth. (109 minutes,'79)

The All-American Boy - Chaotic drama in reference to Olympic hopeful Voight's effort to be a successful boxer; beautiful locations of northern California, but that's all. Cast includes Jon Voight, Ned Glass, Anne Archer, and Carol Androsky. (104 minutes,'89)

Alfie - Well redone rendition of Bill Naughton play he additionally wrote. Caine is marvelous as philandering Cockney playboy who is put in a very tough situation. Cast includes Michael Caine, Shelley Winters, Millicent Marin, Julia Foster, Jane Asher, Shirley Anne Field, Graham Stark, and Murray Melvin. (114 minutes,'66)
